This package is designed for those who want to accomplish planning tasks themselves, but with the support and guidance of a Wedding Planner.
How it Works
- Initial meetings involve discussions of overall wedding goals, budget goals, and goals for your time spent planning.
- After our initial meeting, an online dashboard is set up. It provides us with a budget, planning checklist and more so we can both track your planning progress.
- Meetings during the year equip you with “next steps” as well as suggestions and ideas for those tasks.
- Between meetings, you accomplish the tasks discussed, like reaching out to vendors, or ordering the Save the Dates.
- As you accomplish these tasks in between meetings, I’m available for questions.
- This Package includes all aspects of the Event Management Package.
- As the wedding approaches, I’ll take over vendor communication – confirming our plans with them.
- I’ll manage your wedding day and run the rehearsal
